We recently carried out a survey and a price comparison with our competitors and subsequently put together this plan to fit your budget. We offer a flexible plan on the price of a virtual personal assistant working a few hours a week to working full time on one of our monthly packages.
Our virtual assistants work in India, the Philippines and the USA, and we are even able to arrange an assistant in your own country, but there will be a difference in price depending on the standard of living.
We offer the Pay As You Go Plan, which gives you the flexibility to take a virtual assistant when you have work for them to do and use the hours you purchase within twenty-eight working days.
Much like when you buy minutes for your mobile phone – you have the opportunity to top up when you want. However in this plan your hours do not carry forward into the next month.
Monthly plans come with Catch Friday Rollover time, as long as you maintain your monthly payment.
If you purchase a 40 hour monthly plan, you will be charged the balance of your plan at the start of each month. If you use less than forty hours you will not be refunded. If you use more hours you will be charged at the per hour rate that you have chosen.
Flexibility
You can increase or reduce your plans anytime with a 28 day notice as long as you inform us in writing. If you know you're going to be away next month, just downgrade to a lower plan! If you're going to need more hours in the coming month, upgrade to a larger plan! Choose the plan that fits your needs.
Every plan gives you access to one of our operators 24/7 on our switchboard in Georgia, USA.
When you hire a full-time personal assistant on a monthly contract, we can arrange that your requirements are met fully, and supply you with CVs and arrange interviews for you to select your staff. If a member of staff does not perform correctly, you have the opportunity to change them with short notice.
If you want a job done in your night urgently, we will try to accommodate your request, but we will need one or two days notice. If you have an urgent job to be done on weekends or bank holidays you will be charged time and a half, and on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday double time – again we need a few days’ notice.
During your working day, you can call in at any time and speak to your virtual assistant. We find that our clients like to speak to them through Skype or yahoo messenger, or we can arrange them to phone you back.
